On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Other Financial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

NDA Securities has withdrawn its plan to issue 1.70 crore equity shares on a preferential basis to promoter and non-promoter groups. The proposal was originally approved by the board in February and March 2026 and by shareholders at an EGM on March 16, 2026, at an issue price of Rs. 37 per share. BSE in-principle approval was also sought. The board has now revoked the proposal through a circular resolution, citing reasons beyond control.
Withdrawal of the planned capital raise may delay funding plans and could be viewed negatively by investors expecting fresh equity infusion.
