On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts less than its Auto Components & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended 30 September 2025, revenue rose 14.8% to Rs 199.96 crore. Consolidated profit rose 24.3% to Rs 14.85 crore and EPS was Rs 6.24. The review was unmodified, but highlighted an unresolved income-tax search and demands of Rs 5.02 crore plus Rs 0.95 crore penalty. Six-month operating cash flow was negative Rs 15.44 crore. The board approved Rs 7.43 crore and Rs 17.43 crore capacity projects, plus Rs 3 crore into a subsidiary.
Growth and added capacity may support the outlook, but cash outflow, expansion spending and unresolved tax demands create risks.
