On the reaction day the stock moved 4.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Nectar Lifesciences has completed the slump sale of its active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and formulations business to Ceph Lifesciences Private Limited, effective November 10, 2025. The related asset sale under the asset purchase agreement has also been completed. This follows the business transfer agreement signed on July 7, 2025.
Core pharma business divested; what remains of company operations and use of sale proceeds will be key for shareholders.
