Ritesh Tiwari and his wife Alka Tiwari acquired 71.87 percent stake (23 lakh equity shares) from existing promoter Danish Zakaria Aghadi via a Share Purchase Agreement. Ritesh Tiwari was appointed Chairman and Managing Director, Alka Tiwari as Whole Time Director. Both classified as new promoters.
