New MD appointed as current MD resigns over health reasons

Board appointed Mr. Javeri Kapisha Udaya Kumar Singh as Additional Director from Sept 8 and as Managing Director from Sept 16. Current MD Mr. Jeethendra Singh Goud resigned effective Sept 15 due to health and personal reasons. Director Karthik Singh Javvari K is also not seeking re-appointment. New MD holds an MBA in Business Analytics from UT Dallas and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, with about 3 years experience in data analytics. 42nd AGM is scheduled for Sept 30.
