Board on Nov 12 approved Q2/H1 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs 155.87 crore (H1) from Rs 246.05 crore YoY, posting a net loss of Rs 8.64 crore against a Rs 16.77 crore profit last year. Standalone also swung to a Rs 1.04 crore loss. CFO Rajesh Khatri resigned citing personal reasons; Jigar Shah appointed as new CFO. Board also cleared acquiring a 48.95 percent stake in Nibe Meson Naval from Quest Flow Controls.
Weak H1 results turned to loss alongside a key management transition; subsidiary buyout consolidates the defence business.
