Niks Technology 12th AGM held; 12 resolutions passed including preferential share issue

Niks Technology Limited held its 12th AGM on September 30, 2026 at its Patna registered office, chaired by Managing Director Manish Dixit from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. All 12 resolutions were passed, covering: adoption of FY26 audited financials, re-appointment of Ms. Anamika Anand by rotation, re-appointment of two independent directors, increase in authorised share capital with MoA amendment, AoA alterations, loan/guarantee approvals under Sections 185 and 186, and preferential issue of equity shares and convertible warrants to non-promoters (cash and non-cash).
