Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Auditor reviews found no material issue. Standalone revenue was Rs 2,961.02 lakh, down 29.8% year on year, while profit was Rs 596.40 lakh, down 9.1%. Six-month revenue fell 17.2% to Rs 6,872.37 lakh, but profit rose 5.7% to Rs 1,327.29 lakh. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 120.96 lakh, versus positive Rs 539.14 lakh.
Revenue decline and negative operating cash flow weigh on the stock. Some profit growth is offset by higher borrowings and related-party lending.
