Niraj Cement Structurals Ltd reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue from operations at Rs 54,044 Lakhs, up 6.7% from Rs 50,672 Lakhs in FY2025. Net profit grew significantly to Rs 2,160 Lakhs from Rs 1,522 Lakhs, while EPS improved to Rs 3.54 from Rs 2.53. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 2,114 Lakhs. The board approved reappointment of internal auditor M/s Sanjay K Lodha & Associates and cost auditor M/s P K Verma & Co. for FY2026-27. Mr Partha Sarathi Raut was reappointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second 5-year term from July 2026 to July 2031, subject to postal ballot approval. Auditors issued unmodified opinion. The company is engaged in civil construction and infrastructure development.
Positive signal for shareholders with strong profit growth of 42% YoY and improved EPS. However, investors should note the significant increase in short-term borrowings (from Rs 58 Lakhs to Rs 6,804 Lakhs) and pending DGGI litigation from 2021. The unchanged audit opinion is reassuring.
