Postal ballot results: Independent Director re-appointed with 99.99% approval

Niraj Cement Structurals announced postal ballot results for re-appointment of Mrs. Partha Sarathi Raut as Independent Director for a second 5-year term. The special resolution passed with 99.9995 percent approval, with only 202 votes against out of about 4.04 crore shares polled. Promoters voted 100 percent in favour with 91.25 percent turnout. Public non-institutions backed it 99.9992 percent with 59.91 percent turnout. Overall 67.72 percent of outstanding shares participated across 14,628 shareholders.
