Nisus Finance Services' subsidiary Nisus Finance Projects LLP has acquired 67,97,196 equity shares (face value ₹10 each) of New Consolidated Construction Company Limited (NCCCL), making NCCCL a step-down subsidiary of Nisus Finance. The LLP has also infused ₹70 crore as growth capital into NCCCL. NCCCL is a 79-year-old civil construction firm founded in 1946, with a track record of 300+ completed projects covering 200 million sq ft and an annual turnover of around ₹570–648 crore over the last four years. The deal is a cash transaction, not a related-party deal, and is expected to be fully completed (including conditions subsequent) by October 15, 2025.
NCCCL's ₹600+ crore turnover will consolidate into Nisus Finance's books, potentially sharply expanding the listed entity's revenue base and adding a meaningful construction-business vertical. Shareholders should view this as a significant scale-up move, though execution and integration risks in a new-to-them sector warrant monitoring.
