On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.5 pts more than its Holding Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Nisus Finance launched NIFCOT1, its first tokenised offering backed by the DIFC-regulated Nisus High Yield Growth Fund, in partnership with Toyow marketplace. The inaugural tranche is USD 50 million within a broader USD 500 million multi-tranche roadmap, comprising 100,000 digital tokens structured through an SPV. It brings institutional real estate onto blockchain with on-chain records, KYC onboarding, and economic rights via SPV. NIFCOT1 is the first asset to list on Toyow Marketplace.
Marks Nisus's entry into RWA tokenisation, opening a new revenue channel but execution and regulatory adoption risks remain.
