NLC India has started commercial operations of the first phase of its 300 MW Solar Power Project at Barsingsar, Bikaner, Rajasthan. This first phase has a capacity of 52.83 MW, and the commissioning certificate was received from Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited on 26th August 2025. NLC India is a Navratna Government of India Enterprise involved in power generation. The remaining capacity of the project is expected to be commissioned in later phases.
Positive for the company as it adds new renewable energy capacity, which should contribute to revenue and support NLC India's green energy expansion plans. The full 300 MW project, once completed, will meaningfully boost the company's solar power portfolio.
