Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of our joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private, is declared w.e.f. 27.09.2025.

NTPC Green Energy Limited announced that 25 MW out of a 37.5 MW solar project in Bhuj, Gujarat has commenced commercial operations from September 27, 2025. The project is held through Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, which is a subsidiary of the joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private. The remaining 12.5 MW of the project is yet to be commissioned. With this addition, the NGEL Group's total commercial capacity rises to 7,407.475 MW from the previous 7,382.475 MW.
