Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of our joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private, is declared w.e.f. 27.09.2025.

The project is held through Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, which is a subsidiary of the joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private. The remaining 12.5 MW of the project is yet to be commissioned. With this addition, the NGEL Group's total commercial capacity rises to 7,407.475 MW from the previous 7,382.475 MW.
This is a small incremental capacity addition of about 0.34% to the group's total portfolio. It signals steady project execution but is unlikely to move the stock meaningfully on its own.
