Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of our joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited.

NTPC Green Energy Limited has declared commercial operation of 158.4 MW out of the 250 MW Solar PV Project of Ayana Kadapa Renewable Power Private Limited (a step-down subsidiary through ONGC NTPC Green joint venture) located in Andhra Pradesh, effective February 14, 2026. The project has been certified by Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI). With this addition, the total installed commercial capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Group has increased from 8,992.68 MW to 9,151.08 MW. The remaining ~91.6 MW of the 250 MW project is expected to be commissioned in subsequent phases.
This is a positive operational milestone that adds incremental revenue-generating renewable capacity (~1.7% increase in group capacity) and supports NTPC Green Energy's growth trajectory in the solar power segment.
