Board met on 22 July 2026. Q1 FY27 standalone profit was Rs 152.75 Cr (vs Rs 165.22 Cr YoY) on total income of Rs 601.01 Cr. Consolidated profit rose to Rs 304.84 Cr (vs Rs 220.48 Cr YoY) on income of Rs 1,121.65 Cr. Board approved a new wholly owned subsidiary/SPV for RE projects, with stake dilution planned for captive or group captive C and I customers. Also approved investing Rs 28.78 lakh in AP NGEL Harit Amrit Ltd to raise stake from 50 to 51 percent, making it a subsidiary.
Positive: consolidated profit and revenue grew sharply YoY. Expansion via new SPV and JV stake hike signals growth push in the C and I segment.
