Chains 25th AGM on 21 Sept 2026 approved: re-appointment of Ashok Kumar Goyal as Chairman (retires by rotation); regularization of Moon Goyal as Executive Non-Independent Director; regularization of Swapnla Gupta and Praneeta Varshney as Independent Directors for 5 years; appointment of Moon Goyal as Whole-Time Director for 5 years; and re-appointment of Satish Kumar Goyal as Managing Director for 5 years. Moon Goyal is cousin of MD and Chairman.
