Oberoi Realty has informed the exchanges that the previously approved investment by Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP in I-Ven Realty Limited has been completed on May 9, 2025. Alpha Wave invested approximately INR 125 crore for a 21.74% stake in I-Ven on a fully diluted basis, through Series A CCPS and Class A equity shares. After this allotment, Oberoi Realty's holding in I-Ven stands at 39.13% on a fully diluted basis. A shareholders' agreement governing the management of I-Ven and inter-se rights between Oberoi Realty, Alpha Wave, and Mr. Vikas Oberoi has also come into effect.
This brings a marquee global investor (Alpha Wave) into Oberoi Realty's I-Ven Realty platform, validating its valuation and providing additional capital, while Oberoi retains majority control at 39.13%. The deal is largely neutral to mildly positive for Oberoi shareholders — it strengthens the I-Ven platform without significant dilution at the listed-company level.
