ONGC Board has approved the appointment of Shri Anupam Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from June 25, 2026, replacing Shri Yogish Nayak. Agarwal, who joined ONGC in 1990, brings over 35 years of experience in finance and commercial management. He previously served as Director (Finance) of ONGC Videsh since June 2022 and as Chairman of ONGC Overseas Investment Limited.
