Paytm Payments Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of One 97 Communications, has received RBI authorisation to operate as a Payment Aggregator for offline (physical) payments and cross-border transactions, in addition to its earlier online PA licence from November 26, 2025. With this, PPSL now holds PA licences across all key segments, enabling end-to-end payment aggregation for merchants domestically and internationally.
Lets PPSL offer full payment aggregation across online, offline and cross-border segments, expanding merchant reach and supporting long-term growth.
