Kissht reported strong FY26 results in its first earnings since listing on NSE and BSE on May 8, 2026. PAT surged 75% YoY to ₹281 crore, significantly outpacing the 73% AUM growth to ₹7,066 crore. Q4 PAT grew 57% YoY to ₹82 crore. The company achieved RoAE of 23.97%, up 622 basis points YoY. Asset quality improved sharply with GNPA dropping 78 bps QoQ to 2.12% and NNPA at a low 0.29%. The company raised ₹850 crore via IPO with 9.9x subscription and deployed 75% of proceeds (₹637 crore) into its NBFC subsidiary Si Creva Capital for onward lending. Credit rating was upgraded to A-/Stable by CRISIL.
Strong post-listing results with 75% PAT growth and improving asset quality demonstrate operational efficiency and credit discipline. The healthy capital infusion and 40%+ AUM growth guidance for FY27 position the company well for continued expansion while maintaining profitability.
