For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, consolidated revenue rose to Rs 731.81 crore from Rs 505.69 crore, and profit after tax doubled to Rs 125.12 crore from Rs 62.44 crore. Half-year revenue was Rs 1,401.31 crore and profit Rs 220.19 crore. The auditor gave a clean review, but operating cash outflow was Rs 191.45 crore. The board also approved Rs 624.15 crore for extra shares in wholly owned subsidiary Si Creva, a related party.
Clean auditor review and profit growth are positive, but the cash outflow and large Rs 624 crore subsidiary funding need monitoring.
