Open Offer for TMT India revised schedule - acquirers seek 26% stake at Rs 10/share

A corrigendum to the detailed public statement has been filed for the open offer to acquire up to 12,87,988 equity shares (26% stake) of TMT India Ltd at Rs 10 per share by three acquirers - Yoga Builders, Scaffold Properties, and Mk Profinlease.
