Oriental Hotels has published the notice for its 56th Annual General Meeting in Financial Express and Makkal Kural. The AGM will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM IST via video conferencing. The FY 2025-26 annual report has been emailed to members. Remote e-voting opens July 27 at 9 AM and closes July 29 at 5 PM. The cut-off and record date for dividend eligibility is July 23, 2026. If approved at the AGM, the final dividend will be paid on or after August 6, 2026.
