Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd has incorporated ABOR Projects LLP as a joint venture with A B Composites Private Limited. A B Composites holds 51 percent and ORIL holds 49 percent stake. The LLP will undertake turnkey railway coach refurbishment projects and allied activities. ORIL's capital contribution is Rs 4.90 lakh for its 49 percent partnership interest. The LLP was registered on July 02, 2026 and is yet to commence business operations. Whole-Time Director and CFO Mr. Saleh N Mithiborwala will serve as ORIL's designated partner.
