Corrigendum to Open Offer for Oscar Global shares at Rs 10

A corrigendum to the public announcement has been filed for the open offer on Oscar Global Limited by JBCG Advisory Services Private Limited along with PACs Jaspal Singh Bindra and Chandir Gobind Gidwani. The offer covers up to 18,53,096 equity shares equal to 3.63 percent of emerging equity and voting capital at Rs 10 per share, totalling about Rs 1.85 crore. The corrigendum revises earlier figures to now include 16,400 partly paid-up shares. Post-transactions, the acquirer group will hold about 70.48 percent of Oscar Global, with a preferential issue comprising 93.53 percent of emerging equity.
