Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care has announced a change at the top finance position. Current CFO Ms. Mrinalini Srinivasan has resigned effective end of business on June 30, 2025, to pursue other interests outside P&G. The Board has appointed Mr. Gaurav Bhartia as the new CFO with effect from July 1, 2025. Mr. Bhartia is currently leading Sales Finance for P&G India and brings over a decade of cross-category and cross-market experience within the P&G group. He holds a B.Tech from NIT Trichy and is an IIM Bangalore graduate who joined P&G full time in 2014.
This is a seamless, planned internal succession with no gap day between the outgoing and incoming CFO, suggesting continuity in financial leadership. For shareholders, there is no governance concern — the transition is orderly and the incoming CFO is a known P&G insider, so day-to-day operations and reporting should remain unaffected.
