Pace Digitek Limited has received an Advance Work Order (AWO) from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation and long-term operations & maintenance of BharatNet middle-mile and last-mile network infrastructure across the Sikkim Telecom Circle. The contract is worth ₹2,646.5 million (inclusive of GST) and must be completed within 3 years. The project involves deploying optical fibre cable (OFC), IP-MPLS routers, telecom power systems, underground and aerial fibre infrastructure, and last-mile connectivity for the BharatNet programme — a national digital infrastructure initiative. The company stated its total executable order book now exceeds ₹110,000 million, making this a sizeable addition.
This is a positive signal — a large government-backed telecom infrastructure order from BSNL strengthens the company's Telecom & ICT segment and boosts its order book significantly above ₹1.1 lakh crore, supporting revenue visibility over the next 3 years.
