Pakka Limited has received approval of a Letter of Comfort (LOC) from the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet for fiscal incentives of Rs. 224.47 crores for its 'Jagriti Project' under the UP Industrial Investment and Employment Promotion Policy, 2022. The UP Cabinet Committee approved the LOC on 23rd March 2026, and the certificate was handed over on 24th March 2026 at the Nivesh Mitra 3.0 event in Lucknow by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The incentives will be disbursed over 15 years from the date of commercial production of the Jagriti Project. The company had originally applied for these incentives on 23rd July 2025, building on an earlier disclosure from 16th September 2025.
This is a positive development for Pakka Limited as it secures long-term fiscal benefits of Rs. 224.47 crores spread over 15 years, improving the project's economics and reducing its effective cost of investment.
