Reminder to physical shareholders for PAN and KYC updation

Panacea Biotec has sent reminder letters dated September 15, 2026 to shareholders holding shares in physical form, asking them to update PAN, KYC, bank details, address, mobile number and specimen signature with the company or its RTA Skyline Financial Services. This is per SEBI circulars. Shareholders not updating KYC will receive dividends only electronically after April 1, 2024, and cannot lodge grievances or service requests with the RTA. Shareholders are also encouraged to demat their holdings.
