Panther Industrial Products Ltd resubmitted its unaudited Q3 FY26 results to BSE after fixing scanning/formatting errors in the earlier version. The company reported zero revenue from operations for the quarter and the first nine months of FY26, with total income of just Rs. 19.88 lakh in Q3 (vs Rs. 20.18 lakh in Q3 FY25) coming from non-operating sources. Net loss narrowed sharply to Rs. 4.97 lakh in Q3 FY26 from Rs. 50.38 lakh in Q3 FY25, while the nine-month loss stood at Rs. 15.18 lakh vs Rs. 40.66 lakh a year ago. The company has accumulated losses of Rs. 38.85 lakh and reserves have turned negative at Rs. -33.80 lakh, while long-term borrowings of Rs. 742.06 lakh dwarf the equity base of Rs. 140 lakh. The auditor flagged in its limited review that the company has not reported any revenue for the first nine months and noted management's assurance that revenue is expected by year-end.
This is a negative signal for shareholders — the company is essentially non-operational with no revenue, mounting losses, negative reserves, and debt far exceeding equity. Unless revenue materialises soon as management claims, the stock carries significant going-concern and solvency risk.
