Parag Milk Foods plans to invest about Rs 100 crore to expand paneer capacity from 20 MT/day to 80 MT/day at its plants in Manchar (Maharashtra) and Palamaner (Andhra Pradesh). The 60 MT/day addition through brownfield and greenfield projects is expected by June 2027. Existing capacity is nearly fully used. Value-added products contribute over 90% of revenue. The Indian paneer market is projected to reach Rs 2.15 lakh crore by 2034.
4x capacity expansion signals growth push in flagship paneer category. Rs 100 cr capex carries execution risk with commissioning by June 2027.
