Park Medi World Ltd (North India's 2nd largest hospital chain) has approved acquisition of V3 Healthcare Private Limited which operates 'The Medicity Hospital' in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The all-cash deal is valued at approximately INR 177 crores. The 80% stake will be acquired by August 31, 2026, with remaining 20% by April 30, 2030. The target company reported turnover of INR 55.74 crores for FY 2025-26. The Medicity Hospital is a 330-bed multi-super specialty facility, the largest in the Kumaon region and NABH accredited. This acquisition marks Park Group's entry into Uttarakhand as its 6th state, expanding from its current 16 hospitals (3,960 beds) network.
