Park Medi World Limited (Park Group) has approved the acquisition of V3 Healthcare Private Limited, which operates The Medicity Hospital in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The all-cash deal is valued at approximately INR 177 crores. The hospital is a multi-super speciality facility with 330 beds, making it the largest in the Kumaon region and one of the few NABH-accredited hospitals in the area. The target company reported turnover of INR 55.74 crores for FY 2025-26, growing from INR 42.46 crores in FY 2023-24. Park Group will acquire 80% stake by August 2026 and the remaining 20% by April 2030. This acquisition marks Park Group's entry into Uttarakhand as its sixth state, expanding its hospital network to 17 facilities with over 4,290 beds. The deal is structured to be earnings-accretive and aligns with the company's strategy of geographic expansion in high-potential, underserved markets.
