Park Medi World will acquire 100% shareholding in KPS Wellness Pvt Ltd and SVPD Healthcare Pvt Ltd, which together operate KPIMS, a 360-bed multi-specialty NABH-accredited hospital in Agra. Total deal value is approximately INR 245 Crore in cash, expected to close by February 28, 2026. Both targets will become wholly owned subsidiaries. Their combined FY25 turnover was about INR 77 Crore, showing strong growth. The deal is not a related party transaction and fits Park's cluster-based expansion strategy in North India.
Major expansion adds a 360-bed hospital to Park Group; supports North India growth plans but a cash deal of INR 245 Cr may weigh on near-term finances.
