Park Medi World won a PPP mandate from Prayagraj Municipal Corporation to build a 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital in Uttar Pradesh. Investment is about INR 200 crore over 2 years via internal accruals, with the state reimbursing INR 76.52 crore. Park will run it under a 45-year lease with INR 18.10 crore annual concession fee. Once complete, it becomes the city's largest private hospital and the group's third UP facility, taking total UP beds to 1,260.
Positive expansion signal. INR 200 crore investment funded internally with 45-year lease and government reimbursement de-risking the project.
