Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has signed a Limited Liability Agreement with the Goyal Group (Anand Goyal and Nidhi Goyal) to form a new Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in which the company will hold a 51% stake. The LLP will build, own and operate a hotel on an 18,000 square metre plot on the Jaipur-Delhi National Highway-8 in Amer, Jaipur. The initial capital contribution by the company is ₹5,10,000, with the balance contribution coming through transfer of the land parcel to the LLP. The LLP is expected to be incorporated by September 30, 2025, subject to approval from the Jaipur Development Authority for the land transfer. The LLP will be classified as a related party of the company upon incorporation.
This is a small but strategic expansion for shareholders — the company is adding a new hotel in a key tourist location (Jaipur) at a low initial cash outlay, using its land as part of the investment. Since the initial investment is minimal (₹5.1 lakh) and the company is the majority partner, the long-term impact will depend on the size of the hotel project and its future performance, which is not yet disclosed.
