Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 standalone and consolidated results plus a rights issue of up to Rs 500 crore. Standalone revenue Rs 11,977.69 mn (Q2) and Rs 24,222.58 mn (H1) versus Rs 11,545.53 mn and Rs 22,369.91 mn last year. Standalone PAT Rs 581.46 mn (Q2) and Rs 1,277.51 mn (H1) versus Rs 816.84 mn and Rs 1,495.42 mn, a decline of about 14.6 percent for H1. Exceptional charge of Rs 309.28 mn for USA subsidiary claim settlement. Also allotted Rs 90 cr NCDs at 10.25 percent. Auditor flagged going concern issues at three subsidiaries including DEPL.
Revenue grew but standalone PAT fell. Rs 500 cr rights issue may dilute shareholders. Going concern flags at subsidiaries are a risk to watch.
