PB Fintech's unaudited Q2 FY26 revenue rose 38% year on year to Rs 1,614 crore, while PAT jumped 165% to Rs 135 crore. Adjusted EBITDA grew 180% to Rs 156 crore and margin expanded from 5% to 10%. Insurance premium rose 40% to Rs 7,605 crore, with new protection premium up 44%. Credit revenue fell 22%. Figures were restated for the Rs 1.09 crore impact of the Makesense merger; prior comparisons included a Rs 41 crore exceptional item.
Strong revenue, profit and margin growth is positive for shareholders; lower credit revenue and weak savings remain the main risks.
