On the reaction day the stock moved 7.0 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 7.1 pts more than its Financial Technology (Fintech) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
PB Fintech's Q2 FY26 revenue rose 38% to ₹1,614 Cr and PAT jumped 165% to ₹135 Cr. Adjusted EBITDA grew 180% to ₹156 Cr, with margin up from 5% to 10%. Insurance premium rose 40% to ₹7,605 Cr; new protection premium grew 44%. H1 revenue grew 36% and PAT 214% to ₹220 Cr. Credit revenue fell 22%. Prior-year H1 included a ₹41 Cr exceptional item. Figures restated for the Makesense merger.
Strong profit growth and wider margins should support the stock, though savings weakness and a 22% fall in credit revenue are risks to watch.
