Pearl Global Industries' Board approved FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of Rs 5,024.60 crore, up 11.5% YoY, and consolidated net profit of Rs 270.03 crore, up 17% YoY. Standalone revenue declined to Rs 1,081.29 crore from Rs 1,196.16 crore. The Board also appointed Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh as Additional Independent Director and re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as Internal Auditors.
