Perfectpac Limited's Board, at its May 9, 2025 meeting, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 113.46 crore from Rs. 101.12 crore last year, while net profit declined to Rs. 3.15 crore from Rs. 3.90 crore. The Board recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per share (50% on face value of Rs. 2), same as the previous year, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also re-appointed Shri Raj Gopal Sharma as Whole-time Director for a further 3 years effective July 12, 2025 to July 11, 2028.
Flat dividend despite earnings decline suggests the company is balancing returns with profitability concerns; no major surprise either way for shareholders.
