Mr. Yogesh Patgaonkar has retired from his role as Chief People Officer and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Persistent Systems, effective July 31, 2025, citing personal reasons. In his place, Mr. Rajiv Naithani, who has been with the company as Senior Vice President – HR & OD and SMP since February 3, 2025, has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer effective August 1, 2025. Mr. Naithani brings over two decades of HR experience in the IT sector, with qualifications from Symbiosis, XLRI, and ISABS. This is a follow-up intimation to the one originally filed on July 23, 2025.
