To ensure continuity, the company has internally elevated Mr. Jaideep Dhok, currently SVP - Engineering, as the new Chief Operating Officer - Technology effective August 12, 2025. Mr. Dhok brings over 23 years of industry experience and more than 14 years at Persistent, having previously led the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical and the APAC region.
