PIL Italica Lifestyle Limited's board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Full-year revenue from operations grew modestly to ₹10,014.90 lakhs from ₹9,723.26 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax rose to ₹524.26 lakhs (vs ₹461.95 lakhs), with EPS of ₹0.22 (vs ₹0.20). Q4 FY25 PAT nearly doubled to ₹107.19 lakhs from ₹55.18 lakhs a year ago. Operating cash flow improved sharply to ₹2,171.85 lakhs vs ₹1,181.29 lakhs, while borrowings declined. The board also appointed M/s. P. Talesara & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY25-26 to FY29-30, subject to shareholder approval) and reappointed M/s A. Modi & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY25-26. Statutory auditor M/s H.R. Jain & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion.
Modest top-line growth with a ~13.5% rise in annual profit and stronger cash generation is mildly positive for shareholders, though the small absolute scale limits upside. Auditor appointments are routine governance items and unlikely to materially affect the stock.
