PIL Italica Lifestyle reported unaudited September 2026 results. Quarterly operating income rose 2.5% from a year ago to Rs 2,844.94 lakh, but profit after tax fell 73.5% to Rs 30.44 lakh. In the first half, income fell 12.8% to Rs 4,520.40 lakh and profit after tax dropped 81.7% to Rs 49.27 lakh. EPS was Rs 0.01 for the quarter and Rs 0.02 for the half-year.
Lower profits point to weaker margins and may weigh on the stock, although the company stayed profitable in both the quarter and first half.
