PIL Italica Lifestyle posted Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 28.45 crore, up 2.46% YoY. H1 revenue fell 12.75% to Rs 45.20 crore. Profit after tax plunged 73.50% YoY in Q2 to Rs 30 lakh and 81.71% in H1 to Rs 49 lakh. EBITDA dropped 40% in Q2 and 51% in H1, with margins compressing from 7.80% to 4.56%. On a positive note, Q2 showed strong sequential recovery with revenue up 69.80% and PAT up 61.66% versus Q1. Network covers 4,932 dealers and 208 distributors across 22 states.
