On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.5 pts more than its Financial Technology (Fintech) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On October 21, 2026, Pine Labs bought 49,869 shares of Synergistic Financial Networks Private Limited through a rights issue for INR 24,99,93,297, about INR 25 crore, in cash. SFNPL, already wholly owned, provides payment processing and related technology. The funds will support working capital, growth and further investment in its downstream units. Ownership will not change. SFNPL's turnover for the year ended March 31, 2026 was INR 189.75 crore.
The funding may support subsidiary growth, but there is no ownership change, so the direct effect on Pine Labs shareholders is likely limited.
