Pine Labs wholly owned subsidiary Setu has received RBI approval to acquire full 100% stake in Agya Technologies, which is currently an associate of Setu. Agya Technologies holds an NBFC-Account Aggregator licence from RBI. Setu plans to complete the acquisition in the near future in one or more tranches. A public notice will be published as required by RBI rules.
