Pioneer Embroideries has announced a change in top leadership effective 14th October 2025. The current Managing Director, Mr. Harsh Vardhan Bassi, will step down from his role at the close of business on 13th October 2025. In his place, Mr. Saurabh Maheshwari, a Chartered Accountant and existing Executive Director with about 20 years at the company and 25 years of textile industry experience, has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a 5-year term. Additionally, Mr. Vishal Sekhani (M.Com, CA) has been appointed as Executive Director for a similar 5-year term. Mr. Vishal Sekhani is the son of existing director Mr. Raj Kumar Sekhani and has been with the company since 2012, handling finance, ecommerce, retail brand Hakoba, and the Degaon unit. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
